St. Mary Magdalene

John 20:1-2, 11-18

What are some of the unexpected ways in which God has appeared to us? Do we even expect to find and see him in our everyday life? Have we missed recognizing him in a street person, a delivery truck driver, a difficult person, a community member who is as irritating as a hair shirt? Have we recognized him in ourselves as we share what we have with the poor, listening to someone in need, comforting the sick, speaking up for those unjustly treated?
