Twenty-Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time –
Life would be so much easier if we all have a capacity for unconditional love as every child has. Every little child has a natural inclination to share his/her life with others. They might be a bit selfish, but they are not prejudiced. They do not choose their friends based on their religion or the size of their income or the color of their skin or their ethnic origin. It is those of us who are older who clutter our lives with resentments, hatreds, and prejudices. Recall the words of Jesus: I assure you that whoever does not accept the Kingdom of God like a little child shall not enter it.
