Tuesday of the Fifth Week of Lent –

We long for the good old days even though we know they were not that good. There is some perverse compass within us that inclines us to go back to what we know rather than forward to what we can imagine. In fact, it seems that where we are is never as good as where we have been or where we are going. We can always find something wrong with what is and somehow blame God for it. It is time to dream and experience newness in our lives.
