The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ – 

Grief and gratitude, tragedy and thankfulness are not mutually exclusive. They can live side by side in the same heart. For Jesus, when his whole world seemed to be falling apart at the seams, “he took bread and blessed it and took a cup and gave thanks.” We not only adore the Eucharist and partake of it in Holy Communion; it is a way of life. We are the Body of Christ, the Church on earth. Do we live as though we believe and trust in His loving Presence?
