St. John Vianney – Pray for us! – 

Only two people in the gospels are praised and recognized for their great faith; both are Gentiles, the Canaanite woman and the centurion. I have not seen this much faith in all of Israel. Quite often Jesus spoke of his disciple’s little faith. How great is our faith in Jesus Christ? I am not asking how often we go to Mass or how many rosaries and novenas we recite or how many pilgrimages we make. But how great is our faith in Jesus Christ? Do we really believe?
