Saint Maximilian Kolbe
Matthew 18:1-5,10,12-24
Why are children so important to our understanding of the Kingdom of God? Children have the right kind of curiosity for membership in the kingdom. Children are anything but submissive to what they have been told about the world. They want to know where things come from. They want to know how things work. They want to know the significance of things. We need the child’s curiosity to achieve our best in the Kingdom. Children also have the right kind of trust for membership in the Kingdom. But we have to achieve something of that uncompromised trust to achieve our best in the kingdom.
