Seventh Sunday of Easter | Feast of Ascension
Luke 24:46-53

The Ascension of Jesus has taken our faith out of the physical realm and placed it in a spiritual realm, believing what is seen and unseen. His going away actually became the fulfilling of his promise to be with us always until the end of the world. We now become His hands which reach out in mercy and love. We now become his voice to share the story of God’s love for his people. The Ascension challenges us to a new life in Christ. Do not look beyond, look within.
